Watermelon tourmaline is such an amazing gem! No matter how many times you see it, there is always some new beautiful pattern to discover. Rarely have I seen such amazing quality watermelon tourmaline cut into faceted pear shaped briolette drops like the ones I've used in these earrings. Because I felt these gems were so outstanding, I chose to make them in 18 karat gold. Each individual briolette is hand wrapped onto 18 karat gold wire with AAA-quality faceted deep forest green tourmaline rondelles above them. They are then carefully attached to an 18k gold chain and French ear wire.
All gold used in our jewelry is solid gold. We do not use gold-fill, plate or vermeil. These are one-of-a-kind earrings handcrafted with gorgeous gem quality tourmaline, making them an extra special treat to whoever wears them.
The earrings drop 3 inches in length and each weigh 3.3 grams, making them very comfortable to wear. They'd make a great gift for yourself or someone you love!!
